What are your tires made of?

At Electric Bike Company, safety is paramount, and it starts with our high-quality tires. We meticulously spec every part, and our tires are no exception. They are crafted from thicker, high-quality rubber, featuring a Kevlar coating inside for enhanced puncture resistance. The robust beading of our tires is designed to fit snugly and securely into our specially designed rims, allowing for safe, high-speed cornering even under load. Elevating our commitment to quality, we initially chose the Continental E55 - the crème de la crème of e-bike tires. These EU-approved tires boast reflective sidewalls and an orange inlay for additional puncture resistance. Taking inspiration from these top-tier standards, we developed our own tire, setting a new benchmark for e-bike tire quality. Our custom tire features superior rubber quality, perfectly fitting beading for our rims, reflective sidewalls for increased visibility, and exceptional puncture resistance thanks to the Kevlar lining. This high standard is maintained across our tire range, including our 26"x2.25" tires and our 3" Rhino tires, ensuring the best riding experience for our customers.
