Our 30-day/50 Mile E-bike Return Policy
Our 30-day/50 mile return policy is one of the most generous in the e-bike industry. Here’s how it works:
You have 30 days after receiving your e-bike to request a return. No return requests can be submitted after this date. To request a return, simply email support@electricbikecompany.com.
To be eligible for a return, the e-bike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.). Simply repack the E-bike with the original shipping material and box.
As long as you meet this criteria, we'll accept your return for a $600 restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping, inspection.
*Please note that on returns for orders placed with Affirm, we do not refund the 9.99% Affirm transaction fee.
All refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. (Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount). A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 12-14 business days.
All cancelled orders will be processed within 12-14 business days from receipt of notice of cancellation.
Accessory Return Policy
Accessories can be returned within 30 days if unopened. Opened or used items are not eligible to be returned, unless they are found to be damaged or defective. Open box returns are not possible. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
Custom color helmets are non-returnable.
Return Process

If you are eligible for a return, we’ll send you shipping and packaging instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that if shipping damage is not documented upon receipt, we are unable to file for shipping insurance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
