We build, test, and inspect each ebike to perfection. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and estimated delivery time.

We will notify you when the E-bike is ready to ship and again when it leaves our premises. We will also forward you the tracking information, so that you can follow the shipment. Shipping takes about 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. The shipping agency will contact you about 24 hours before delivery to set up a time window that works for you.

Please note that the bikes may be completed sooner than the anticipated due date. Electric Bike Company will contact you the day the bike(s) will be available to be picked up.
Customers will have 72 hours to pick up the bike(s) from the Newport Beach factory.
After 72 hours, customers will incur a $10 storage fee per bike per day. If you feel this may be an issue, please switch to the delivery option, thank you.
