What maintenance routine should I follow to prolong my battery's lifespan?

Edited

Important Battery Maintenance Tips:

1. Monthly Charging:

Please make sure to fully charge your battery at least once a month. This is especially crucial during the winter months when your bike might not be in use.

2. Supervised Charging:

Always be present while charging your battery to monitor the process and ensure safety.

3. Preventing Battery Failure:

If a battery is left uncharged for over four months, it may lose its ability to hold a charge, leading to irreversible damage. This type of failure is not covered under our warranty.

Warranty and Support:

- Our warranty covers manufacturer's defects, such as issues with the cells or the assembly of the battery pack.

- If you experience problems with your battery not holding a charge or not charging at all, please contact our customer service. We will require the battery to be sent back to us for inspection.

- If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the battery under warranty.

- If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we offer discounted rates for repair or replacement.
