What should I do if my EBC bike’s front battery works, but the rear battery does not?

If your EBC bike’s front battery works but the rear battery does not:
Ensure the rear battery is properly connected and the switch is turned on.
Check if the rear battery is fully charged by plugging it into the charger.
Inspect the wiring connections around the rear battery for any loose or disconnected wires.
Listen for a chirping sound when you flip the switch on the rear battery. If it chirps, the bike has power.
If the rear battery still does not work, contact our support team for further troubleshooting.
