The charging light on my bike's built-in (internal) charger is flickering between red and green. What does this mean?

A flickering red/green light on the internal charger can indicate one of two main issues:

• A problem with the battery itself, such as unbalanced or dead cells.

• A fault within the internal charger components (like the charger unit, retractable cord, or connector).
